This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our application and services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy. Instant Interiors is an AI-powered interior design application that transforms photos of your rooms into redesigned spaces using advanced artificial intelligence.

We collect the following types of data to provide and improve our services: Account Information: • Email address (when you sign in via Apple, Google, or magic link email) • Display name (if provided by your sign-in provider) • Authentication tokens (stored securely on your device) • Subscription status and transaction history Photos & Designs: • Photos you upload for AI room transformation • Generated design outputs • Design preferences (style, color, and lighting choices) • Saved presets and template favorites Device Information: • A device identifier (Apple Identifier for Vendor on iOS, Android ID on Android) used to associate your session with your account. This is sent with each request to our servers. • App version and platform information Usage & Analytics: • Feature usage events (e.g., designs generated, templates viewed, subscription actions) via Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used • Crash reports and error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics) to improve app stability — disabled in debug builds and on web • In-app review eligibility tracking (generation count and review prompt history, stored locally on your device only) We do not collect precise location data, contacts, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the core functionality of interior design generation. Your data is protected and accessible only to the authenticated account holder.

We use your data exclusively to: • Provide AI-driven functionality, including interior design generation and room transformation. • Generate visual outputs (e.g., redesigned room variations) essential to the core features of our application. Your data is not used for advertising, user profiling unrelated to the core functionality, or any other purpose beyond what is needed to deliver the services you request.

Our application offers subscription options: Stripe Payments: When you subscribe via our web apps, payment is processed through Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment information, such as credit card details. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions from Stripe. App Store Payments: When you make in-app purchases in our mobile apps, payment is processed through Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscription Information: We collect and store information about your subscription status, renewal dates, and transaction history to provide access to premium features and manage your subscription. Usage Data: We collect data on feature usage and subscription access to provide and improve our services.

By using our application, you agree to our Terms of Use. For auto-renewable subscriptions, the following information applies: Premium Subscription • Subscription Title: Premium Features / Pro Plan • Subscription Length: Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months) • Subscription Price: €9.99/month (web apps) or as displayed in mobile apps. Pricing varies by platform and region. • Features Included: Access to all premium features including unlimited design generations Subscription Terms • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period • Management: You can manage your subscription through your Stripe account (web) or App Store/Play Store account (mobile) • Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Our application shares data with trusted third-party services only as necessary to provide core functionality. We list each service and what data is shared below. AI Processing Infrastructure: • Google Cloud — Image processing and design generation (receives uploaded photos temporarily) • Enterprise AI model hosting — Design transformation (receives uploaded photos temporarily) • Our secure dedicated server — Image analysis and room detection When you upload photos for AI processing: • Images are temporarily uploaded to our secure servers • Images are sent to the above processing partners for analysis and generation • Processed results are returned to our servers • All images and processing data are automatically deleted within 24 hours from processing partners' systems Analytics & Crash Reporting: • Firebase Analytics (Google) — Receives anonymized usage events (e.g., features used, subscription actions) and user properties (account type, subscription status). Email addresses are hashed before being sent to analytics. • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — Receives crash reports, error logs, and device diagnostics to help us fix bugs. No raw image data is included. Collection is disabled on web and in debug builds. Subscription & Payment Services: • RevenueCat — Manages in-app subscriptions on iOS and Android. Receives your user ID and email address to link purchases to your account. • Stripe — Processes web subscription payments via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details. • Apple App Store / Google Play Store — Processes in-app purchase payments on mobile. We do not collect or store your payment information. Authentication: • Firebase Authentication (Google) — Handles Apple and Google sign-in. Receives your email and display name from your sign-in provider. Data Security: All third-party partners maintain enterprise-grade security standards and compliance certifications and are contractually required to provide the same or equal level of data protection as described in this policy. All data transmission uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your designs are stored securely on our servers and accessible only to your authenticated account. What We Don't Share: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. Data is shared only as described above to provide core app functionality, or as required by law.

Your data is stored and processed in the following locations: • Our servers: Finland, European Union (account data, designs, and uploads) • AI processing infrastructure: European Union and United States (temporary processing only, deleted within 24 hours) All storage and processing occurs in jurisdictions with strong data protection standards including GDPR compliance.

We retain data only for as long as is necessary to provide the requested features: • Uploaded Photos & Generated Designs: Retained in your account until you delete them individually or delete your account, with a maximum retention period of 1 year. When you delete a design, the image files are permanently destroyed from our servers immediately. All data is protected and accessible only to the authenticated account holder. • Temporary AI Processing Data: Images sent to third-party AI processing partners for generation are automatically deleted from their systems within 24 hours. • Error Logs: Retained for 7 days and contain no raw image data (only timestamps or technical info). • Purchase and Subscription Records: Retained for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes, typically for 7 years after the transaction date. When you delete your account, all associated data (designs, uploads, and account information) is permanently deleted from our servers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you. • Rectification: Request corrections to any inaccuracies in your data. • Deletion: Delete individual designs at any time — images are permanently destroyed from our servers immediately. You can also delete your entire account from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data including designs, uploads, and account information. • Restriction/Objection: Restrict or object to the processing of your data. • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format. Instant Interiors is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@instantinteriors.app and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in regulations or services. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-app notifications or email. The most recent version of this policy is always available on our website.
